- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, materials selected, and installation requirements. We do not include hidden fees—any additional costs (such as subfloor preparation, furniture moving, or disposal) will be clearly outlined in advance. Discounts may be available depending on project size, material selection, or ongoing promotions. We are happy to review all pricing details with you to ensure full clarity before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is straightforward and designed to keep everything clear from start to finish. First, we provide a detailed estimate based on the scope of work. Once you review and approve the estimate, we convert it into an official invoice. After the invoice is approved, we schedule and complete the project as outlined. Upon completion, we walk through the finished work with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. Finally, we collect payment for the remaining balance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in the flooring industry, backed by a strong foundation of knowledge and proven workmanship. We have experienced project managers who have spent years in the field and understand how to properly plan, manage, and execute a wide range of flooring projects. In addition to our experience, we prioritize ongoing training and education to stay current with the latest materials, installation techniques, and industry standards. This combination allows us to confidently handle projects of all sizes with professionalism and precision.
