I began the practice of yoga 15 years ago and immediately recognized the numerous healing and life benefits yoga has to offer. I am a trained yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance, as well as a meditation teacher certified through Meditation Alliance Institute. I am also certified in Yoga Sculpt, a Master Reiki Teacher under Usui Ryoho Reiki and a health coach. Being a lifelong learner, I continue to find joy in growing my yoga knowledge and working with clients to create a wonderful, safe, and non-competitive space for students to dive beneath the surface of their daily lives and find deeper meaning and inspiration. ​ I structure my classes with creative sequences and intentional themes, emphasizing the importance of proper alignment, pranayama breathing techniques, mindfulness, and meditation. Modification and advanced options are also made available for new students and experienced yogis, so that all can reach their potential.
