Great food and exceptional care given to each client. We focus on authentic Caribbean Creole dishes with a soulful twist. We have tradition selections such as are famous gumbo or are bourbon salmon. I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to brag about how much I loved everything about working with Marie’s! The customer service and quality of the food was unmatched. I highly recommend including the tasting because she definitely offers a lot more than Caribbean or Creole food, and was very good about working with my vision I had for my event. Finding a reliable caterer was such a taxing process, but I definitely found one in her!
