He was excellent my screen was cracked called bestbuy and they was going to basically charge me what I paid to buy the laptop. Tom sent me the link to order my screen when it was delivered he meet me the next day to pick up my laptop. Later that night he messaged me it was fixed. I had my laptop back the next day perfect
