Joe is my personal hero! I have extreme arachnophobia and found a giant wolf spider trapped in my kitchen light. Joe responded to my request within 15 minutes and arrived within 35 minutes to rescue me! He was very professional and was kind enough to also remove the spider webs before placing my light cover back. He then also sprayed my home inside and out to prevent any future bug infestations. Very grateful for the service and will now be a repeat customer.
