- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we do not quote over the phone due to every job is different and has many different aspects and challenges that can rarely be Forseen without actually visually assessing the scope of work in person
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a free estimate date and time to start with ... we will come out in a timely ,convient ,and professional manner .... sit down and go over all work designs ideas etc when we agree on a price and time I will then give a written proposal ... we will sign a contract and require a security deposit of 1/2 the total ... we will start on agreed time , and won't move to another job until yours is finished unless otherwise stated and or agreed upon ...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Adam Hutto the owner personally have 20 years of experience in many different trades ... painting , plumbing, roofing ,flooring ,tin roof coatings and repairs , bathtub and tile refinishing , carpentry new and old , remodeling , interior exterior design , carpet , we can do almost anything. we do backsplash , granite quartz and exotic countertops . we install vinyl ,lenolium , , indoor out door carpet ...indoor carpet .. base board , crown molding , cheer rail , we do sheet rock repairs .. hang light fixtures , pictures ,curtains , most anything u can dream we can do built ins .. custom cabinets , we are your one stop shop
