- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price the job according to what is being required to get the job done. I am always willing to discuss what it will take in order to do the project correctly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to keep the customer informed as to the stages of the job progress or if their are any unforeseen issues that may occur. Also making the customer feel at ease about fixing their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing handyman work for the last couple of years more frequently than I use too. I enjoy most of my customers and the job that I'm seeking to fix for them.
