Chad, is very Punctual and confirms upcoming inspection and makes sure all your questions you may have are answered and responses to all calls, texts, all emails very promptly. He also provided detailed and Thorough description of all information on all inspections of my condo. Even provided a and used a drone. That was the Best got all information and pictures, video of The roof that is very important as well as foundation.
