The owner of Eleven-14 Services Shernika, is an absolute pleasure. She's pleasant, extremely accommodating and highly professional. She really listened to me when I was looking for a housekeeper for my elderly parents. She understood their needs and now my parents LOVE the ladies who show up every two weeks on time and ready to work. My parents had never had housekeeping services and were very hesitant to have strangers in their home but these ladies put them at ease and treat their home with respect. They're careful, honest and thorough. I live 3,000 miles away and no longer have to worry about the basic yet extremely important need of a clean home for them. I trust and value the relationship I have with Shernika. Having the business owner handle all of our needs as opposed to a corporate housekeeping service has made a huge difference for all of us.     Our classic cleaning starts at $89 biweekly We also offer military and senior discounts after your first two cleaning!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    New customers gets a New Welcome packet where they fill out the perspective documents sign and date them letting them know everything and the process of how it will be done inside the packet.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    After retiring from the military I got bored pretty quickly and cleaning is so therapeutic to me so me and my partner started our own business choosing 5 excellent professionals to tackle on this excellent project along with us !
