- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally prefer to give someone a "flat fee" for services to prevent any discrepancies that might arise with hourly rates. In other words, my clients know exactly what they have to pay prior to services rendered. My policy is to get the best job done as quickly as possible. I never want my clients to feel that I have delayed finishing a task in order to get more funds. If you prefer the hourly rate, we can negotiate this.I want all of my clients to feel they are getting excellent service for a fair price.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do mostly residential cleaning. However, we do also get multiple requests for interior and exterior painting.My partner is resourceful with doing just about anything from household repairs to lawn care.
