- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, contact the customer. I talk to them on the phone or in person regarding what they are looking for and a price range. Second, I look at the property. I personally come out with a crew to estimate the cost of labor and materials (if any) Third, I connect back with the potential customer to discuss price and start time. All lines of communication are open with me and the customer. I will not do anything without prior approval.
