- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on where you are moving and in what state. All movers have a tariff they must follow.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find out where moving to and from, how many bedroom home it is, if they have anything extremely heavy like a pool table, piano or safe, find out if there are flights of stairs involved. We then determine if they need an in home estimate or an over the phone estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have all been in the business for many years, some date back to 1980. We all had on the job training. We are forever learning new processes of moving items with the way technology is evolving.
