Chelsea is God sent. She is very kind, very empathetic, patient, and listens without judging. She is the real deal and 💯 authentic. She is very professional, reliable, and very flexible. You could tell she enjoys what she does as she puts her heart and soul into it. Being a physical trainer and nutritionist is the icing on the cake as she aims to help build her clients up not just spiritually, mentally, and emotional, but also assist in ensuring we maintain a healthy lifestyle through eating right and exercising. For me Chelsea is more than my life couch, physical trainer or nutritionist, I see her as a friend and a sister. You won’t be disappointed.
