I contacted Chase about a leak in my kitchen faucet. He was very responsive and was able to come out the same day. He arrived when he said he would and promptly fixed the issue. Very professional, appreciate how easy it was. I’ll be using him again next time I need plumbing help.

Chase completed the work in a timely manner but first inspected several different areas of the tub and drain to make sure that the problem was the problem and not a preconceived idea of what the problem was. As a new home owner, my wife and I have had several people come and give quotes on every single job. Chase had no problem with that and respected the stance I took. He even took at a look at a completely separate issue and ensured us that it was a non factor. Chase will be our go to plumber for any other plumbing issues.

I set up an appointment to inspect the current state of the project. I ask questions about what the customer wants and needs. I then provide a solution to meet the wants and needs of the client.
