He came out to look at a persistent floor squeak after I had already done a lot of the prep work myself. He was professional, knowledgeable, and upfront about the scope of what would be required to fully eliminate the issue. He didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary work and actually encouraged the steps I had already taken. Solid guy, honest assessment, and respectful of my decision to pause on larger work. Would definitely reach out to him again for future projects.
