I am Seva Madzgarashvili, a Certified Yoga Teacher (MVP RYT 200) based in Augusta, GA, with over 6 years of teaching experience. I offer private sessions in Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, and Chair Yoga, as well as pranayama and meditation. My teaching focuses on safe alignment, conscious breathing, and stress relief. I strive to create a welcoming space in every class where students can build inner strength, improve their health, and find balance and relaxation.
