- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Crystal clear from the start! We for one like to know what we're paying for! We tell you up front all of our charges you're not surprised when you see the bill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with a discovery call to get all the information necessary to determine crew and truck size. We’ll send a quote, you approve and sign. We send reminders and updates along the way. The crew arrives to your home and knocks it our of the park.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have developed our own training program based on real world experience. Working along side interior designers in pristine homes have really honed in our skills as furniture moving professionals. We carry these lessons with us throughout all of our moves.
