He was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, even locating the emergency shut-off valve hidden inside a return vent in the basement bathroom (something we had no idea existed). He added plumbing to our sink, replaced valves in two bathrooms, and swapped out an old Roscoe copper pipe with precision and speed. I was seriously impressed—not only with the quality of the work but also with how quickly and affordably he got it all done. I’ve already scheduled him to come back for more projects, including relocating the shut-off valve to a more accessible spot. Even my wife was blown away by his professionalism and craftsmanship. I needed help to install a bathtub faucet, which I had tried on my own and could not get it to not drip and leak. They responded to my request within an hour and we’re flexible with the scheduling. Nick showed up on time and gave me a fair quote before proceeding. He clearly explained what he was going to do and then proceeded to install the faucet. Once it was complete, he stayed for several minutes to ensure no drips or leaks. He also tested his install with hot and cold faucet and through the shower attachment multiple times to ensure quality. Saving Plumbing was thorough, professional, and easy to work with. We needed up opting for a different solution, but John ended up fixing another plumbing issue (a leaky faucet in the bathroom) that we asked him to take a look at. A handyman had quoted us $500 for the exact same job with much more potential for damage to the surrounding wall. Not only was John friendly, he was able to diagnose and fix the issue without cutting into the wall at all, and his price was $375, not $500! The job was to refinish my bathtub because it was peeling. The peeling was located in a single spot. Now, the ENTIRE bottom of the tub has bubbles. I had a contractor evaluate the project and learned that it was done incorrectly and that is why things are worse. It has been almost a month since it was begun and it is worse than when it began and there is no timeframe for getting it correct.

I can’t say enough good things about Jimmy and the incredible job he did refinishing the tubs and showers in my home. From start to finish, everything was handled with such care and professionalism. He refinished a standard bathtub and its surrounding walls, a walk-in shower with surrounding walls, and a large jacuzzi tub—and every surface now looks brand new. The transformation was truly remarkable! The finishes are smooth, glossy, and look like they just came out of a showroom. Jimmy was extremely communicative throughout the process. He explained exactly what he would do, answered all my questions, and kept me updated every step of the way. He showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was clean and tidy before he left. What I appreciated most (aside from the flawless results) was how respectful and detail-oriented he was. He took his time to do the job right, and you can really tell he takes pride in his work. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much about the outcome and the customer experience. If you’re thinking about refinishing your tubs or showers—don’t hesitate. Jimmy is the real deal.
