Lauren Evans says, "The Plumb Hero is an amazing company. They are extremely communicative, down to earth, and knowledgeable. When I needed a new water heater, Jaron came out quickly and took his time explaining the problem and step by step solution. He even created a work around until he could come back the next day to ensure I had hot water! On the day of installation, I wasnt able to be home so he took a video after the job was complete explaining the system and texted it to me. The team did an excellent job with the install (made sure it was up to code) and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They ensured I was happy with the result and that all of my questions were answered. I will continue to use them as my plumber from now on!"See more

Jakiya King says, "DaCosta Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing our main water line! From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. The crew worked hard, completed the installation properly, and even took the time to put our grass and yard back after digging. Lets be realistic: when youre having an underground water line replaced, some disruption to your lawn is expected. What matters is how the company handles the job and stands behind its work. What impressed us most was the 10-year warranty they provided. That speaks volumes about their confidence in the quality of their workmanship. Some people expect perfection without understanding what goes into major plumbing repairs, but we appreciate a company that communicates, does quality work, and takes responsibility for its services. We couldnt be happier with DaCosta Plumbing and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable, professional plumbing company. Five stars well deserved!"See more

Reviews for Brookhaven rheem water heater repairers on Thumbtack

From Elisa r.

Ray came out. I wanted him to raise my water heater several inches so that it's up to code per my new home inspection. He scoffed and said that rule was not important. I hoped he'd also light the pilot but he didn't even attempt it. He said I needed a whole new water heater $2300. Pushed Rheem brand. I told him I'd get back to him. An hour later, a tech from Atlanta Gas Light came out for a different reason. He told me the truth. I didn't need a new water heater just needed to replace the two pipes as the top but could do that later. Lit my pilot. I now have water. I'll book the other repairs with a different company.
