Josh was a very pleasant person to meet. I liked him right away. He gave me a frwat vibe! Very professional straight, forward . Thank you for your response to bulletROOF. As we wish your rating for us was higher we understand why you choose to leave this review at this time. As with all my new clients there is no money upfront and we ask everyone to review our customer protection form and the guidelines that it states. Which clearly state no money up front. Now if a client is already in a situation where a claim has been called in we get why the customer protection form may be hard to commit to upfront. Due to the previous tarping on your home it looks like a contractor has already been working with you through your ordeal. Our reps did make it to your neighborhood between our 5pm to 8pm time slot. They were warned of a potential hostile work environment and were advised to not proceed. Thank you again for your consideration with BulletROOF and best of luck on restoring your home to pre-damaged condition.
