We never use them for plumbing services, but they requested a review, we called them to come out and give us an estimate and their time was from 11 to 1 o’clock then I got a call right before 1 o’clock saying I’d be a little bit later closer to three so we waited around and 445 showed up and I called and told them not to send anybody out because we’ve waited too long

This company was 1) scheduled to arrive in the late afternoon, but did not arrive until 7 PM 2) Zac was the one doing the estimate and he did not know where the water turn off was.....isn't it always close to the street? Even I know that and I know NOTHING about plumbing 3) He quoted $350.00 to fix the leaky faucet (that I inquired about) and $900.00 for replacement of a full valve assembly (which I understood for essentially the water turnoff - which I didn't need.) He was just very inexperienced. I hired a plumber referred by a friend and replaced the cartridge for the faucet....$150.00 and HE knew where the water cut off was. So...no, I do not recommend this company.

Punctuality and Responsiveness - Eric was the first to respond. He made sure that he was there to come out and inspect the problem at my home. I was running late to arrive home (20 minutes) when I notified him he was still willing to wait for me to arrive. Work Quality - He took the time to not only show me the issue but also showed me the solution. He showed me the old pipe that was damaged and how he replaced it with the new pipe and how that will be more reliable than how it was installed previously. Most importantly, he was willing to work on Saturday to get the work done so that I didn’t have to miss work. That alone spoke on his ethics. I would highly recommend Eric from Golden Hands Plumbing service.
