I had made my choice to go with Ninja Klean, after talking with three other companies. I like how he answered all my questions and I liked the $199 price to clean 4 rooms and a sofa. The day of the appointment, Joel called me and said he would be at my home in 45 minutes and he was. I had a trouble spot in my living room which I showed him and some in my office. He worked on the trouble spots and were cleaned to my satisfaction. When my daughter who is a perfectionist, saw the sofa she said WOW it looks like new and your carpets look great. When I need my carpet cleaned again - who will I call NINJA KLEAN!

John was great. Although he did not bring a portable unit because I’m in a condo as I had mentioned he still made it work and was nothing but positive and helpful. I would definitely recommend but would make one suggestion as to confirming time and the type of job the day before as it did get mixed up. All in all very happy.

Wow! This is the BEST contractor experience I have EVER had!
The best:
1. Responsive. Joel called me to confirm, talk through service options, and make recommendations.
2. Unlike most vendors, they didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. They actually tried to SAVE me money.
3. I love that they use a truck mount machine. It cleans so much better, and with so much more power, than any of these little things some (many)! Companies use.
4. They office was great. I was able to pay with a card and they offered to email me a receipt.
5. The carpet was really stained and smelly. After one visit form Joel it smells fresh and looks great.
6. Ninjakleen even called to follow up to make sure the carpet still looked good after a few days. (It did)!
This is the best contractor I’ve ever hired. (And I used to run 300+ unit apartment companies)! I’m so impressed. Thanks again Ninjakleen!

We just had our carpets cleaned and they look outstanding! Our daughter colored on our carpets with a combination of magic marker and crayon and they were able to get the stains out. The carpet looks great! Service was responsive and friendly too!
