Thank you for answering my request on Thumbtack and sending a plumber out quickly. Your technician was very courteous and honest. He identified the source of the leak and quickly repaired it. He checked under the house and the meter to make sure there were no leaks on the property. Grady went over and beyond to bring us wonderful customer service. Thank you all so much !

I had made my choice to go with Ninja Klean, after talking with three other companies. I like how he answered all my questions and I liked the $199 price to clean 4 rooms and a sofa. The day of the appointment, Joel called me and said he would be at my home in 45 minutes and he was. I had a trouble spot in my living room which I showed him and some in my office. He worked on the trouble spots and were cleaned to my satisfaction. When my daughter who is a perfectionist, saw the sofa she said WOW it looks like new and your carpets look great. When I need my carpet cleaned again - who will I call NINJA KLEAN!

John was great. Although he did not bring a portable unit because I’m in a condo as I had mentioned he still made it work and was nothing but positive and helpful. I would definitely recommend but would make one suggestion as to confirming time and the type of job the day before as it did get mixed up. All in all very happy.
