Stanley came out on July 18 to for an estimate. He did arrive on time and got measurements and planned overview for leveling and tree removal. He then said a quote in 2 days. July 21, I messaged and called no answer. He did manage to call my number and hang up immediately as though he realized whose number he was dialing by accident. He was aware of the time frame and it is highly unprofessional actions. If you cant or do not want the job then let it be known so we both can part with dignity; however, that was not an appropriate way.

We had a 6pm appointment. At 6:05pm I was advised he was 10mins away. At 6:30pm I left without seeing or hearing from him. I sent a text to provide a quote and just email it to me and received nothing. Really poor customer service so gladly gave my business elsewhere!
