Did a good job of the work that was completed. Had an emergency and wasnt able to complete everything. We had a small issues with damage and he promptly resolved. From the work that was done, he did a good job.

Pro-Outdoor Renovations was hired to lay sod around my house. Jose Ortega was courteous and helpful. Pricing was reasonable and the work was done to beyond my satisfaction. Mr. Ortega and his team did a wonderful job redesigning the landscape in my front yard. The plant and stone selections were great. They also did a fabulous job cleaning up afterwards. I will definitely hire them again!

I always like to look at what the customer wants and then we try to figure out the best price possible offering a quality job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will discuss with customer exactly what they want, then i propose my ideas and recommendations and with customers ideas and ours we come to an agreement to make thing go great.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the landscaping industry for about 10 years. I operate skit steers and mini excavators. I also have landscape design diploma.
