Introduction
I offer Pilates training for all levels of clientele, from beginner to advanced. I can teach individuals or groups. I travel to my clients. My certification is through Classical Pilates Education, a Pilates Method Alliance recognized program.
I am fully versed in the use of props for mat work. (I do have a full set of Pilates props) and am ready to modify exercises as needed to make them more accessible for the client. I will tailor my workouts to the needs of the client, using classical Pilates methods. For riders, I will evaluate issues in the saddle and target the workout to their particular needs.
