Gary was a huge help in fixing my pipe and faucet issues prior to my official move in date on my new home purchase. Once I contacted pure plumbing at 11pm - they responded immediately with a call to setup an appointment! Gary arrived promptly the next day at our agreed upon time - and knew how to correct my issues with no hesitation. He also taught me a few things on how these types of pipes/faucets work. He was a great help! Overall, Pure Plumbing responded timely and promptly and got my job complete with much quick and ease. Daniel from Pure plumbing has been very responsive for my request, showed up on time, clarified questions and showed places where work is etc..He was quick in installing a gas line from basement to kitchen, also provided some suggestions to keep the line safe and changed parts accordingly. Was also happy to help on a small work on water heater even though it was not planned for. Professional all through and provided 1 year warranty on labour... Will call for any future plumbing issues..

I had an underground leak that was making my water bill really really high and I know it would be expensive since the pipe is underneath concrete. I told Daniel my issue and not only did he find a cheaper route to resolve my issue but he was super responsive and prompt with getting the work done. Everything was fixed in a matter of a few hours and my water bill is now back to normal. Thanks Daniel! I'll be sure to call with any plumbing issues I run into.
