My experience with Matt Jones was very positive. He was very professional, on time and immediately knew how to solve my plumbing problem. The repair as completed with much skill and at an honest price. I am a widowed female and always cringe at the though of home repairs due to my lack of knowledge and fear of being financially taken advantage of. My fear quickly subsided as soon as Matt walked in the door. He patiently listened to my questions and concerns and then explained my options. He did not pressure me and even provided an itemized bill after completion of the repair. I will definitely use this business again. I feel very fortunate to have found a plumber I can trust.

I'm 72 years old and have done my own home repairs my entire life. The older I get however, the harder it is for me to move around and get into spots that were once never even a thought. The lord blessed me with 3 girls of which none took up the profession of being a master plumber. Lucky for me they help me out in other ways.. ie medication reminder and helping me get to the grocery. This morning around 4am, awoke to a noise of what sounded like a river flowing.... yeah, I don't own any "therapeutic" noise devices. So I frantically made some calls and could get ahold of anyone, but then found this website that brought me to this app. Thank the lord for Matt!!! He fixed the valve and even lent me a dehumidifier and a couple fans of his own to help out after he used a shop vac to get rid of all of the standing water for me. I'm on a fixed income and I can't say enough about this man that took time out of his life to come help me. Several other big name companies couldn't get out to me soon enough, but Matt could.
