Evans' technician arrived on time and was very accommodating for a second visit to change a part That was failing. He diagnosed the original problem, lack of speed on downloads, and updated several drivers. Speed improved significantly. While here, he noticed a bit of weakness in the wi-fi signal, and as a result, changed the antenna board on a second visit. Very courteous, very professional.

As an ex manager of a tech department you run into things that you don’t just come across in every day usage so you get to learn on the fly how to resolve these issues that most haven’t experienced.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was the manger of the tech department at my last job.
