We wanted to downsize & A&E built our "retirement cottage". The owners & staff were knowledgeable about new construction from start to finish, including county regulations, permits & inspections.
They worked with us to make any requested
revisions in the floor plan & we were able to get the upgrades we wanted throughout our home. When a storm caused roof damage shortly after we moved in, A&E immediately responded to make repairs &
have also returned to make changes after we moved in. We are so happy we got the home we wanted for our future! Whether you have an entire home to build or just

I worked with Mr. Berrey to design and build a custom addition to our home included a music room and outdoor covered porch and fireplace. The best was that when people come over, they can’t even tell where the old part of the house ends and the new part starts!

A and E renovated my condo and did an outstanding job! They completely redid the kitchen, bathroom, and installed new floors and it looks amazing! Everything was completed in a timely manner and they were very easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend!

I worked with A&E to remodel a home I bought before I moved in and I could not be happier with the results! They completely renovated everything inside and out from installing cabinets, flooring and appliances in the kitchen to a TOTAL makeover in the bathrooms to installing a deck and revamping the backyard and painted the whole house. They were easy to work with and very responsive to all of my questions. I hope to have them back for future projects!
