- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very transparent from the beginning and there is no fee for an on-site estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way to start is to first understand the scope of work and how we can best serve. From there, an on-site visit will be conducted with the customer to ensure alignment of job requirements before proceeding. Depending on the job size or customer preferences we can draw up a contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
