We wanted to downsize & A&E built our "retirement cottage". The owners & staff were knowledgeable about new construction from start to finish, including county regulations, permits & inspections. They worked with us to make any requested revisions in the floor plan & we were able to get the upgrades we wanted throughout our home. When a storm caused roof damage shortly after we moved in, A&E immediately responded to make repairs & have also returned to make changes after we moved in. We are so happy we got the home we wanted for our future! Whether you have an entire home to build or just want renovations in your current residence or office, A&E Development is a great company to work with!

I worked with Mr. Berrey to design and build a custom addition to our home included a music room and outdoor covered porch and fireplace. The best was that when people come over, they can’t even tell where the old part of the house ends and the new part starts!

Our pricing is very transparent from the beginning and there is no fee for an on-site estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way to start is to first understand the scope of work and how we can best serve. From there, an on-site visit will be conducted with the customer to ensure alignment of job requirements before proceeding. Depending on the job size or customer preferences we can draw up a contract.
