Nate broke it down, made it easy to mess up and keep going without being discouraged. He believed I could play more than I did. But I got there his easy, but insightful way of teaching broke it into chunks I could readily consume. Before I knew it the building blocks came together. You never know what you can do until you try. Nate made learning it easy, laid back, fun but all solidly rooted in / backed with music theory. Sooner you start the sooner you’ll understand what I mean. Genuinely great person spread the word - great teacher."See more

Only a couple of lessons in and I am over the moon. My Only regret is not finding Erik sooner. Excellent teacher and easy to Skype lessons. Highly motivating to this beginner. Great start to playing “blackbird” by the Beatles as a surprise for my three grown children who have been playing guitar since 13. Yay!
