Personal Coaching & Psychotherapy for Women

Introduction: I work only with women and only in specific areas: anxiety, depression, grief, loss, bereavement and major life changes (relationships, divorce, job loss, career changes, difficult diagnosis to name a few). Meeting strong, determined and brave women who have generally hit a bump or, sometimes, a boulder in their road. I enjoy helping them come to find the difference between suffering just to suffer and suffering at the cost of growth; to learn and profit from their particular pain and to move beyond it to greater life satisfaction, peace and contentment.
