My family photo experience was FANTASTIC! I have two special needs children and Gerald and Narissa made them both comfortable and at ease, which is something that we rarely find when trying to have family portraits made. In fact it had been almost two years since our last set of portraits were made because of this fact! During our session, my daughter began falling asleep due to medication changes, without losing a step Gerald adapted and took some of my MOST FAVORITE shots ever that I get the most comments on. We not only love our photos, we love Gerald and Narissa and consider them our dear friends and are sure that you will feel the same after you have your session! Amazing photos, great session and fun, and great friends as well.

We had a wonderful experience with Southern Elegance Studio! Gerald took awesom and precious moments for our baby and our family. I used this company for my wedding and my engagement pictures. They were absolutely wonderful. They were very professional and returned my pictures in a timely manner. They gave me several different options as far as location for my engagements pictures and they turned out great.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue my education on a daily basis via classes and the web keeping up with the latest technology and trends. I go to seminars around three times a year as well.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have loved photography since I was in high school shooting for the paper and yearbook. That love carried over in to my life and I have never looked back. I continue my education on a daily basis via classes and the web keeping up with the latest technology and trends.

I would communicate with your potential photographer to see if they are a good fit for you and what you need.
