The young man arrived on time. We did tell him that some of the stains are recurring because of spills. We did not have time for deep stain removal. We asked how long does it take to dry he said 4 or 5 hours it took 24 hours and that's with us putting towels on the carpet to help it. Plus the carpet was very wet. Nice young man. I think I would hire him again.
