- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes no inflated prices. I print out cost estimates which will break down materials and service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They call about their need or project request, we schedule a time for me to come out to view the site or job requested. I would then give an on site estimate or go do a cost estimate including materials/labor and call back or schedule a time to view the estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
