Jarod and his team were very responsive, polite and efficient. They were punctual with the appointment. Took care of the COVID precautions. They know their job and are respectful of the customer's home. I had to move around my old TVs and install a new one. They gave me good suggestions about where to mount. They also reviewed the specifications of the mount and TV very diligently and made sure that the installation was accurate and properly aligned. They also gave me some useful ideas regarding the installation of a wireless SoundBar. Definitely an A++ team.

They were very meticulous at installing my TV mount and making sure it was level and the cables hidden to my satisfaction. I made my request at about midnight and they responded immediately, offering to tack me on to the end of the next day's schedule. Even though their prior appointment was finished at 5:00 PM and they were 1-2 hours away, they still came and worked diligently until the job was done right without rushing it. I really appreciated their efforts and responsiveness. price was very fair, didn't change from initial quote. I will definitely use them again.
