They were here on time and measured everything again and again. It took them over 2 hours for the smallest closet (nursery) and in the meantime I worked on our toddlers coset that was halfway finished. They began working on our master closet and finished fairly quickly. I noticed that the top bars where way too low and asked them to adjust, which they did. They had to add handles and two bars in the toddler closet to finish. For the amount of measuring they did there were a lot of crooked things. The problem came the next day when I got their invoice. There was nowhere on our agreement that the charge was per closet. I was under the impression that it was a flat rate. Which is why I chose them over other per hour quotes. And they charged the toddler closet full price when it was almost completed when they got here.
