Yes, I can send it upon customer's request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself and confirming the services the customer wants me to do. Get a walk thru of the areas the customer wants me to service, while explaining the methods and products I will use to get the job done successfully.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started residential cleaning working with my mom at the age of 15 years old, during the summer I would be so excited to go help her clean her client's house. Also my husband, sons and I have done commercial cleaning as a team cleaning office buildings, warehouses, restaurants, etc. And I have over 10 years experience in supervising and training in cleaning of homes, hotels, restaurants, etc.
