- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies from the type of job and the difficulty i also just charge labor fee's I find it better when i let the customer know what is needed and we work out a plan for them to purchase for the project
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I look at the situation let the customer know what is the problem and why it happened and the next step to repair or replace the situation properly
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a master plumber restricted 30 years experience in both commercial 20 yrs and residential 10 yrs give or take worked for the union and trained in the 90' straight out of high school
