Outstanding job!! The balloon arch and backdrop was absolutely beautiful. The service was very timely, and Ms. Dijah and her wonderful family team worked with such great care and detail! Thanks for making our daughters graduation event magical!!

I wanted to surprise my sister for her 55th celebration. I had not idea who I should use. I searched the internet and found two possible balloon artists in her area. I investigated their profiles and favored " Shine Bright Events"as my top contender. I forward Khadijah an email and within minutes, she replied. Fast forward, she sent me some suggestions and photos. Immediately, I could tell after speaking with Khadijah via phone that I made the right ✅ choice. Khadijah was professional and delivered the balloon art as promised. Needless to say, my sister flabbergasted.!!!! You see my sister had not smiled in months since being diagnosed with a serious illness. Khadijah lite up my sister face 😁. I will definitely be using " Shine Bright Event" for my next festivities . Way to go Khadijah, keep up the great art. May God bless you in your endeavors to make a difference in someone's life.

Khadijiah Royster at Shine Bright Events was stellar. We had a short window to put the event together and she delivered. Her centerpieces and balloon work was impeccable. I cannot recommend her enough.
Shine Bright did just that!! I found them when my balloondecorator bailed on me FOUR days before my daughter's baby shower, leaving me in a pinch!! I called Shine Bright, she calmed me down, worked with my budget and made EVERYTHING beautiful!! She was at the venue ahead of time waiting for them to let her in. She was wonderful and my daughter's baby shower turned out great!!

I really appreciate Shine Bright Events coming to my rescue at the last
Minute. I called her on Thursday and she was available to help me with balloons and backdrop. She was on time on the day of the event and did an excellent job. She was very professional and I will definitely use her in the future. Great Job... I would definitely use her again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair and reasonable when it comes down to my pricing. I make sure to base my services off of my clients budget so they won’t feel like their spending too much.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone is different, so it’s a different process with everyone. Some are much easier then others, which is no problem because I understand there is a process of trust. & each client was to be confident that they can trust me to do what I was hired to do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught. I’ve spent the past year perfecting my craft & I also have a diploma in Event Planning.
