Ms. Crystal did such an amazing job on our carpets and large area rugs. She gently reminded us that we need to get our carpets cleaned at least twice a year. We will definitely hire her again. She was patient with us (we were still arranging and sweeping hard to vacuum carpeted areas when she arrived). It was a pretty penny to clean 5 bedrooms (including one large master), walk in closets and two large area rugs but it was money worth spending. The difference in the look and smell of the carpets is extremely noticeable. Thanks Ms. Crystal!
