Last week I spoke to Krystle about carpet cleaning for four rooms two sets of stairs fifteen on ea staircase. Her response time was immediate. I knew just knew from her professionalism on the phone she was all about her business. Krystle arrived on time if not early we made our acquaintance ( she was very polite and the ultimate professional). I told her what rooms we were having cleaned, we came to an agreement financially and she went to work on the carpets. We have old carpet one dog ( who by the is very house-trained and never goes in the house) but he is a big dog and does get dirty outside. Oh yea, I have a tendency to go on and on 😂 😂 But back to the subject at hand 🤚 my carpet is not new actually about (12 yrs old or older) when the job was done I didn’t recognize my carpets they were so clean and refresh looking.. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Within 8-12 hrs our carpets were completely dry. I would recommend “Just Carpet LLC) and owner Krystle to anyone anytime. Krystle just cleaned all the carpets in my new home and did an outstanding job. She was on time, communicative, and very careful with my space. High-traffic areas and a few stubborn spots completely lifted, and the carpets dried quickly with no residue. She protected corners, moved what she could, and left everything tidy.
