Introduction: Hi my name is Yvionel Edouard also known as Chef Zo and I am the owner of 1804 Kuisine & Catering LLC. I started this business back in 2014 mainly to serve up memories for myself but most importantly memories for my clients. 1804 Kuisine is an experience like no other because my passion and creativity shows up in my dishes. I specialize in Haitian cuisine but cater to everyone’s needs , you name it I cook it . I’m also a Vegan chef/Personal Chef and also do meal prep. I create gourmet dishes, appetizers and more for catered events of 10-500 people or more. You get quality food and services at reasonable prices. I had 1804 Kuisine catered my birthday party and the food was delicious. Everything was delivered on time and the service was excellent. The owners was very nice and made sure my party was a success. I would most definitely be booking with them again.

This catering service did my entire graduation event. From preparing the food to dressing the venue. Yvionell stayed the entire time, made sure all my guest tried some good islander food and cleaned up after the event was over. Awesome Service

Quality and quantity of food is devine. The chef uses fresh local ingredients and adds love to it. The presentation is key because it invites you in to try different dishes. My favorite is the fried fish combo, it's bursting with flavor and you can control how spicy you want it.
