We handle vendor and guest coordination, timeline and layout creation, décor setup and breakdown, and full-day management so everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Our DJ services are fully customized to your style and your crowd, with professional sound, wireless microphones, and a music experience that flows naturally from ceremony to reception. We focus on reading the room, keeping the energy right, and creating a celebration your guests will actually remember. We also offer flexible packages, a la carte planning services, and additional event support like assistants and staffing for couples who need extra hands. I honestly can't thank Callie and Jeff enough for everything they did to help make my husband's surprise birthday party such a success. From the very beginning, there were so many details and logistics to work through, and Callie was incredibly organized and thoughtful throughout the entire planning process. She and Jeff were always on top of things, helping coordinate vendors, timelines, setup, and all of the little details that I never would have thought of on my own. What I appreciated most was that once the party started, I didn't have to worry about anything. They handled everything behind the scenes and kept things running smoothly, which allowed me to actually enjoy the evening and spend time with my husband, family, and friends instead of stressing about the event. Planning a surprise party can be overwhelming, but Callie and Jeff made it feel easy. Their attention to detail, communication, and ability to keep everything organized were truly amazing. The entire night went exactly as planned, and I am so grateful for all of their hard work. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about your event and will make sure every detail is taken care of, I would highly recommend Callie and Jeff. They were an absolute pleasure to work with, and I couldn't have pulled this off without them.

Callie and Ryan did an amzing job helping this Bride get her MRS degree. Callie is amazing at keeping us on track and answering any number of possible questions and a great DIY Queen with lots of great ideas. Ryan kept the party going from the start to finish. He was a great DJ and MC all night long. 10/10 would recommend

We hired her as a day-of coordinator, but she helped me outside of day-of as well with vendor communications, building the day-of schedule, and vendor recommendations. We certainly had our share of bumps day-of, but Callie handled them calmly and with ease. She really made sure our day was as perfect as it could have been, and all of our guests have mentioned how smoothly it went all went - seriously thanks to Callie!
