Mike you are a friendly, committed, and overall decent guy. I struggled writing this public review but I think this it the best way to set clear expectations for you (and potential customers). I was disappointed your work, here's why:
1. Prior to the job you communicated you were buying extra chips, however once at the site you didn't have enough and made my verticals (wallet borders) another color.
2. You wrapped up the job without putting a topcoat on the verticals and claimed that most customers leave their verticals without sealant. That is not true. While you did come back to do the sealant, you did not do a good job. There are many rough areas of raw chips falling everywhere.
3. My metal garage STOP sign was taken off and not put back on. I was unable to find the screws for them.
4. You didn't do a proper clean up. Loose chips were left all over my garage and driveway. In fact, the ones on my driveway I can't even get off and now have to pay to have power washed (I hope that works).
5. You started late on both days.
6. You didn't provide a proper invoice. This is a big expense and I should have a proper payment receipt.
7. You didn't communicate your payment options of cash or CashApp until after job. I guess I should have asked but I assumed you took Zelle.
8. The topcoat was unevenly applied revealing roller marks and drips.
Mike, I know you can do better than this. When you put more care into the workmanship and professionalism of your business it will soar!
