Complete the job!!! They came out looked at the washing machine, tore it apart, left and told us they would be back after they got the parts necessary to fix it. The next day we received a copy of the bill to fix it - it was approved my HomeSafe. Now today we get a message from Moore that he will not be able to complete the job. We have been without a washing machine for 4 days now. Note we paid $85 to Moore on 4/19 for the Service Call. Please do not send this company out if they cannot complete the job. Not a way to start a new business!!!
