- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is an additional surcharge of $50 for crawlspaces.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At ATD we understand that circumstances requiring a home inspection can be stressful. We are punctual and will accommodate the customers scheduling needs. Although the customer is not required to attend the inspection, we like the customer to be available at some point during the inspection to briefly discuss findings and answer and questions. Reports are emailed the same day as the inspection. Our reports are crafted with in a way that easy to understand. We are also available if there are any questions once the report is received.
