We wanted to make sure our home was market-ready before listing, so we booked a pre-listing inspection in Decatur with Atlanta Premier Home Inspections. It was the best decision we made. They were incredibly thorough, and the radon testing gave us total peace of mind before the first open house. Having the report ready for potential buyers really helped us stand out in the current market. I highly recommend them if you want a smooth, surprise-free sale!
