OUTSTANDING. Can I award 6 stars?? I can't begin to describe how happy I am with KS Moving Services. I had a load of boxed furniture delivered to my office recently. 5 office desks, 2 cubicles, chairs, and file cabinets. Hundreds of pounds of bulky furniture. When U-Line delivery arrived, I was promptly informed they only provide "first floor delivery". As my office is on the second floor, I suddenly had an issue. Compounding the concern was 1) it was raining and 2) the indoor area available to stack this furniture is barely 100 square feet. When one enters the building, there is nothing but a 5-foot entry to the elevator door. to the left 10 feet is an office door, to the right 10 feet another office door. So the lobby area is - literally 5' x 10'. Stacking this furniture to wait for delivery upstairs was a problem. I posted the job on Thumbtack and no sooner did I hit the 'post' button but my phone was ringing. KS was on the line. They had a crew here in an hour. Maybe slightly less. The crew took all the furniture up promptly and carefully. They were polite and professional. Polished. KS solved my moving problem - literally - in less than 2 hours from first call to finish. Would I use KS again? YES! Nothing but positive things to say about these good folks.

Since my job was so small, and the team was able to get me taken care of first thing in the morning. They came prepared to Rapid and packet. Thankful for their responsiveness and the value! Everything is expensive these days! They saved me multiple ways!
