Terri is lovely to work with and she did a great job on our home. We have allergies and were worried about cleaning products with scents - our home was clean and scent free; we are thrilled! Can't wait to work with Terri again.

I give Terri a 10/10 on satisfaction! I had a big job for her to do and she exceed my expectations. Terri was very professional and polite. She even arrived a few minutes early which was great so I could give her a tour of my unit. She brought all the supplies that she would need for my apartment and seemed to be really enjoy the work she did. I was also in search for someone to clean and organize my closet. Terri folded, hung, and organized my entire closet, she even color coded everything!! Needless to say I will be using Terri in the future for monthly cleanings. If you are looking for professional, reliable, reasonable, and friendly house cleaning I dont think you should look any farther!

I hired Terri and Stephanie a month ago to clean our house. Stephanie is the one that comes every 2 weeks to clean the house and her work is outstanding!! I couldn't be happier! My house smells and looks spotless when I come home and if she sees disorganization or clutter she rearranges and/or puts things away. I love her little touches! The house is so much neater since she started with us. And we like what she does so much that we don't change things back! That's a really big thing since my husband doesn't like change of any kind but he has been totally happy with what Stepanie does. She always changes our sheets too and we so look forward to having a fresh bed at night on the day she is here. She is pleasant, personable, funny and easy to be around. She is also highly respectful and trustworthy. I have left her the key to my home when neither of us are there and not even given it a thought. We plan on having Stepanie and Terri in our lives for a long time!

She was on time and did what she said she would do. My apartment was a mess smelled like my dog. She worked her magic and now everything is clean and smells nice. She even cleaned the inside of my George Foreman grill. And she fixed my bed! A piece of wooden frame had broken off and I was too lazy to put it back. I looked to see if she cleaned under the bed (she did) and my bed is back together. Small bonus for me.

Terri was incredibly professional and did a phenomenal job. She showed up on time and was in contact with me prior to, during, and after the cleaning. She worked with my schedule, was kind to my cat (asked her name which I thought was great!), and the end product is beyond what my roommate and I had expected. I would recommend Terri to anyone and everyone! Really can't say enough good things.

Please note that the visual price is only an estimated price. A consultation/walk through will need to be performed to view the condition of your home to better quote you. It also gives us an opportunity to meet each other. It will only take a few moments. After viewing and becoming familiar with your home then i will suggest what type of recurring services is needed to maintain. Or you may only want a one time service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
MOST IMPORTANTLY RUN AS FAST AS POSSIBLE TO RESPOND TO THERE NEEDS ON THUMBTACK.COM:)!!!
1. Let them know how to reach me and anytime is accepted. This is because they may have busy schedules in the day so i allow my clients to text during the night and i will respond the next morning.
2. Schedule a consultation/walk through to view the condition of there home to better quote them and also meet them so that they would be comfy.
3. I will tally up what was viewed and at times, send there quote at the end of the business day. This gives me time to focus on the areas of the home important to them, desires and concerns. Send a quote at the end of that day.
4. If the client is not happy with the quote, we discuss how to make things better.
5. Scheduling begins!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Constantly researching information on cleaning ideas, products, techniques etc. I actually give trainings to my staff with the information I have gathered and pass it on to them So that we can be the best we can be😉
