Raymond took my work request and scheduled the day and time he would be there. He showed up as expected and fixed a laundry list of work orders that had been opened by the tenant. Not only was he very capable in fixing these items, he also gave me alternative solutions that were better for the tenants and provided efficiency! He also kept me updated by ph ooioo me and text to let me know what was going on because I could not be there at the time the work was completed. I will definitely use his services again!!!
